I-10 Broadway Curve Improvement Project Design-Build

FNF, as part of a Joint Venture, was selected to perform one of ADOT’s largest urban freeway construction projects. The project runs along 11 miles of Interstate 10 between Loop 202 (Santan/South Mountain Freeway) and I-17 near Phoenix Sky-Harbor International Airport. It consists of widening, adding Collector-Distribution roads, rebuilding I-10 interchange with SR 143 to improve traffic flow, replacing and widening bridges, building pederstrain and bicylists bridges and building sound and retaining walls.
SR 79 Bridge Slide CMAR

FNF performed preconstruction services to apply ABC methodology to construct a new bridge next to the existing bridge and slide the new bridge into place over the course of two weekends after the old bridge is demolished.
89 Slide Reconstruction CMAR

The FNF Team was selected as the CMAR contractor to provide preconstruction and construction services to reconstruct a portion of US 89 which was damaged in the February 2013 landslide. Excavation of over 1,000,000 CY was required to construct a new rock buttress.
Pueblo of Acoma Suite of Projects CM/GC 1 & 2

Preconstruction and construction services for the Pueblo of Acoma for a suite of projects with FHWA grant funds. FNF was involved in varying stages of designs ranging from 0-90% design and performed various scopes of work; roadway construction, earthwork, retaining walls, bridges, drainage, pipeline, rock excavation/mitigation, road stabilization, sidewalk, curb/gutter, and paving.
Sacaton Road Accelerated Bridge Construction CM/GC

The FHWA’s first Accelerated Bridge Construction (ABC) project in Arizona including a lateral slide of two bridges. FNF constructed a new 2-span bridge outside of the roadway while maintaining access for the traveling public. Once the bridge was constructed, FNF demolished the existing 4-span bridge and slid the new one into place under overhead power lines. All of this work occurred during a one-week road closure.
68th Street & Pima Road/ AZ Canal CMAR
CITY OF SCOTTSDALE
FNF was selected to perform preconstruction and con-struction services to complete bridge reconstruction over the Grand Canal at two separate projects in Scottsdale. during a 28 day dry up. FNF used Accelerated Bridge methods to complete the project on time.
SR303L Happy Valley to US 60 Design-Build
ARIZONA Department of Transportation
FNF provided design and construction services to pulverize four miles of the existing 4-lane AC roadway and replace it with a new 6-lane PCCP urban freeway. FNF built 21,000 LF of new sound barrier walls, improved drainage, and installed a complete lighting system for the new freeway.
