John has more than 16 years of industry experience with special emphasis on managing and directing large CDOT projects. He has managed and overseen both DOT, FHWA contracts and private owner contracts. He has successfully completed and has vast knowledge in conventional design-bid-build construction.

John earned a B.S. in Construction Management from Colorado State University. John was part of the Colorado Contractors Association Emerging Leaders Council from 2015 – 2020.
